Hi Tara ~
 
You raise a very interesting question.  I wondered, a few months ago, why
Marshall Farms just kept "pumping them out."  With so many shelters so
crowded it seemed a cruel thing to do.  But we are a society based on the
"almighty buck," so I guess I answered my own question.  I'm not sure how
to assist the problem of supply and demand, but there has to be a way.
