Hi!  I have read in some ferret books that Queen Victoria raised albino
ferrets and gave them to dignataries and friends as gifts.  I am
wondering if anyone could send me a reference to more information about
this.  I searched the web and found only that Queen V. gave ferrets as
speical gifts and built custom cages for them.
 
Also, if someone knows a reference for more information about Queen
Elizabeth I and her pet ferrets I would also very much appreciate
learning of it.
