Hey gang,
 
I've been looking to adopt a ferret in the central kentucky area for some
time now, but have had no luck.
 
The animal shelter rarely gets any ferrets in, and all of the shelters
I've called in Louisville have never responded to me.
 
Does anyone know where I can adopt a ferret from somewhere near
Lexington, KY?  I don't have a vehicle that is good to travel very
far with, so I am limited to about 1.5 hour drives.
 
I'm am looking for a younger ferret to be a companion for my 6 month old
male (and deaf) ferret friend.
