Can anyone tell me if ferrets are suceptible to West Nile Virus and/or
what it looks like in a ferret? We began having problems with this here
in Co with horses, birds, and a few other species this summer. One
person died. Horses are now being vaccinated, but they say protection
is iffy. My guys are outside alot if it is warm enough- I've never had
problems with skeeters, but who knows?

Also, does anyone know anything about a flu shot being developed for
ferrets? Just some musings.
