FRES has just received an email from Penny in North Virginia requesting
our help.  I have included her email to us (with her permission) and if
you know of any rescue or shelter that she should contact please email
me and I will pass it on to her.

Hi,
I have been searching the web for a place to list a found ferret.  I
live in Northern Virginia and found a young one by the side of the road.
It appears to be fine.  I took it to our local SPCA and I am trying to
find the owner or owners.  Do you know of any such site ?
