Hello (-:
As I e-mailed to Meghan about the ferretone (well actually, my ferret
Mikette replied to her question) I was realizing that we all have little
helpful hints about ferret care (like the ferretone on the belly for nail
clipping).
Let's share these little ideas!
I always felt that I gave my ferrets too much ferretone (it was so hard
to put just a couple of drops in a dish for them) Now I save those
shallow plastic tops from water and milk gallons and when I go to work I
put the fuzzies in the cage with their little cap of ferretone. It makes
it a lot easier to round them up before I go, they are all willing to hop
in!
Hmmm, that's the only idea I can think of right now, although I'd like to
recommend the shark vacuum by Euro or any of the same style for cleaning
spilled litter in cages. I have a superpet cage, and I could never fit
any Dustbuster type hand vacs in the openings, and regular vacuum hoses
were too awkward and heavy to reach the high levels of my cage.. THis is
a small hand held vacuum with a long hose that fits in any cage opening
and has great pick-up power. That's all I can think of right now (-:
