I too have adopted two old fuzzies from a good friend.  Harpo was 5 and
Garfey was 8ish and they were VERY bonded to eachother.  Garfey passed
away in his sleep about 6 months after I adopted the pair, and Harpo was
so upset he had diarreah and didn't play for the week.  Harpo passed away
from insulnoma.  (at that time I didnt know what it was)
 
The time I had these two was very special.  I got two of the most loving
ferrets that LOVed to follow me around and liked attacking socks :)
