red cover and adrenal

Has anyone ever used red clover or melatonin to fight adrenal?
 
Any thoughts on dosage for the red clover?  The bottle says to give
3 tsps/daily, but my little girl (she turned 1 in August) is just over
2 lbs and it sounds like a bit much.
 
Any help would be appreciated!
