I'm just guessing here and it's a long shot, but some humans become
allergic to the nighttime air.  I have had 2 patients like this.  As soon
as the sun goes down, they get itchy.  We worked with them using the
nettle tincture I mentioned above, and by using an Ott light that mimics
the suns rays for a few hours at night.  Since ferrets are a lot like
humans it may be possible they they too can get a night-time allergy
condition.  The nettle you can get from a health food store, and do the
one drop a night on food (as stated above), and Ott lights are available
on the internet.  Just type in "Ott light" in your search engine.
