Lois - your little Tazzie guy has captured my heart with his story.  I am
saying lots of "fuzzle" prayers so that he may enjoy the remainder of his
stay here with his hoomans.  As for helping him out with his wheels, or
moving around a bit - have you considered perhaps attaching some sort of
"leash", if you will, to his board and having someone "slowly" walk about
with him?  Also when my little gal was sick a while back here, I made a
little "carrier' - similar to a baby carrier, i.e., a front pack - that
allowed her to sit up front - and be carried around wherever I went.  She
loved it - and literally would "clamber' to get into it when she saw me
coming with it.  Don't know if these ideas help at all - but I hope so!
