I am not a vet, but my understanding is the bright green almost lime
green poopie is bad.
 
Now every time you see one don't run to the vet.  We obsess so about
poopies it is almost comical.  If they are consistent for a couple of
days, then take your little one to the vet.  If it's here or there once
in a while, it could be just something they ate, a little stress like a
tiff or something intermittent.
 
I hope that helps clarify it a little for those Poop Panic folks out
there.
