I can tell you that in my practice technicians do not do any surgeries,
even ones as simple as a cat neuter (which is probably the simplest
surgery going). I personally don't know of any practices where a
technician would be doing a surgery as complex as adrenal removal. But
certainly checking with your vet is always appropriate if there is any
concern.
