Steve and I have had two Weezlwatcher gates for ages now -- more years
that I can recall since they don't shatter despite being tripped over
many times very often. (Hey, Steve has size 14 feet...) and it has
evolved that they have more uses than as barriers. Sometimes they are
slides, for instance, (and boy, with that material being so light
wouldn't it be neat to have ones made as long rectangular boxes with
movable supports on one side so that they could be either tubes or slides
depending on if the support was set to hold that side up or not? Heck,
the support could even be able to be shifted to the middle to be a
see-saw, too. A combo toy like that like which is light enough and which
is large enough that the males don't get stuck would be wonderful.)

Anyway, the current form for this material works marvelously for the
barriers and many uses the ferrets give those sheets of plastic and
today Scooter decided on a new use. Ashling is having a bossy day --
much talking and much bossing. It reached the point where Scooter had
been through enough. He got the top of his body behind the gate and
watched through it till Ashling walked by and reached the middle then --
Wham! -- he dumped the gate on her. These are very light weight so no
harm was done to her, which would not have been been the case for him
given what Ashling would have done to Scooter if he hadn't then run away
bubbling with "Heh-heh-heh..." laughter to someplace far from Ashling.
