What we chose to do when we moved was set up a PO Box address we used for
the shelter and other ferret related mailings.  We were fortunate in that
a PO Box at the closest post Office was at that point something like $15
a year.  UNfortunately a few unscrupulous folks in the ferret world have
published our street address but that did not get associated with our
shelter work.
