Sandee,
Please keep an eye out for Bjerknes, show him around when he gets there
and make sure Juniper and Bongo are there to greet him.  Bjerk was helped
to the bridge this past Saturday.  We finally had to give up the battle
against lymphoma, adrenal, an enlarged heart and an irregular heartbeat.
 
In his younger days, Bjerk was briefly the poster boy for the Web Ferret
search tool after they lifted his pic from our website, and he also made
a couple of TV appearances with me for the Alberta Ferret Society.
 
Sandee, I'm sure Bjerk will enjoy the fruit bar and the Ferretvite
Festival, but do you think maybe they could set up a Lasix Lounge or a
weekly Pediapred Party.  Of course, he doesn't need that stuff anymore,
but he *really* liked his meds.
