Hi Jessica,
 
I dont live near you, but I have a suggestion you might want to try if
you dont find anyone to foster them.  Try calling some boarding facilities
or veterinarians in Iowa.  They may be willing to give you a substantial
discount for such an extended stay.  Or they might let you come and clean
the kennels, walk dogs, etc to work off some of the cost.  Hope that
helps.
