I am slowly introducing our new ferret, Hoppy, with our older,
conservative, slightly grouchy, Luigi. Hoppy is 2 years old and Luigi
is about 7 years old. I always supervise play time to make sure no one
gets hurt.
Hoppy is always ready to play and literally runs circles around Luigi.
Hoppy does the war dance and lots of dorks. I know those are both happy
signs. Luigi, on the other hand, doesn't dork or dance but squeaks
instead. I don't know what the squeak means. Luigi isn't mean or
doesn't try to walk away from Hoppy. My only guess is Luigi is trying
to tell Hoppy to settle down and don't move so fast. Luigi sniffs and
runs with Hoppy so it appears they are both having fun.
Can someone please translate what the squeak is saying.

don't want, to impress people they don't like.
