It is talking about Princess Diana and Fergie.  It was a "Special Report"
back in March 1997....what I found funny was this line below:
 
Last month, Fergie complained to members at a Weight Watchers meeting in
Burbank, Calif., about her buttocks, which she compared to "live ferrets
jumping around in a bag."
