What a GREAT project!!!  What a great way to raise money for ADV research,
get people involved, and as the quilt grows and travels to different
functions, it may very likely generate some press coverage and media
attention, and bring the ADV issue out into the open.  What a brilliant
proposal.
 
Now I have a question:
 
I have the good fortune to not personally know of any ADV+ ferrets.  I
expect this will change in the future, but for now I would love to make
a quilt patch for an ADV ferret or two and need to make one for someone
else's ADV ferret.
 
If there are any non-quilting shelter moms or ADV ferret parents out there
who would like their ferret's name on a quilt block, please e-mail me
privately because I'd love to do some blocks for the quilt.  We can even
chat about what kind of block (colors, shapes, etc) you'd like so that the
block is "personalized" to memorialize your ADV kid.
 
I'd love to be part of this! Hope to hear from some of you.
