[log in to unmask], 16 Jan 1995 19:55:00 -0400574_- For the last couple of days, Bandit a 1 1/2 year old female has tried to
add some very strange things to her diet - including a cardboard tube, the
racket sack, the velcro strips holding the tee-pee closed, and the fake
fleece inside the tee-pee are the things I've seen her sample (who knows
what she's tasted in private!). She's not just chewing, when she can she's
tearing pieces off - I think to eat. I checked her teeth (thinking her
wierd behavior was rather like teething) but they look fine. Maybe it's
dietary? I thought maybe she might [...]48_16Jan199519:55:

[log in to unmask], 16 Jan 1995 23:38:12 -0500535_- Thought I would add my .03 (taxes: I'm from NY) regarding the combo of
parrots and ferrets.
One lovely day, having just returned from the airport, I followed my
usual routine when I got home: let out the dogs, let out the bird
(I have an african Timneh Grey named Smoky) and then the two ferrets.
The dogs always tolerated Smoky just fine, and Smoky and the ferrets
seemed (they'd been living together for about 6 months) to have reached
some accord as to who was boss (Smoky). But the plot thickens... [...]40_16Jan199523:38:

[log in to unmask], 15 Jan 1995 18:22:31 -0500529_- In just a few days now..........I will be replacing 2 of my babies. I lost
Samantha 5 years ago and then lost Bandit 4 months ago. I still have Stinkey
(Bandit's sister) but she's sooooo lonely. My husband and I decided that 2
new babies might be a good idea. Are we being dumb? 2 were like a three ring
circus. What are 3 going to be like? We love these little guys and can't
imagine living life with them. Can you? We have a wolf and a cat also.
Babies, babies everywhere! I just don't have time for a [...]38_15Jan199518:22:

[log in to unmask], 16 Jan 1995 03:13:28 -0800526_- I think it would be really nice to post the FML on in the pets newsgroup.
I do think that if this happens all of the addresses in the header of
each letter should be deleted in order to allow the current subscribers
to enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the FML. If someone posts their email
address in the body of a letter, well I'll leave that for y'all to
decide, but I don't think that would need editing as we all have the
choice not to include our address in the body. Right now I post anon due
to [...]38_16Jan199503:13:
