Response to Veronica:
You can best determine their age by the condition of the ferret's teeth.
If they are pearly white with no tartar, i'd say a good guess is 1-2
years. If they are starting to yellow a little i'd say 3-4, Ferrets
whose teeth are starting to look on the opaque side or transparent and
losing the solid whiteness are generally 5 and up. If teeth are really
transparent a good guess is 7+. Is this about right ferret folks who
posess more knowledge than myself? Input appreciated! Hope this helps.
