ARRRRGGGHHHHHHHHH! LOL! Can I spell "parole"?!? Sheesh!
"Payroll"; can't believe I wrote "payroll"... :-) Anyway, if she is
in violation of parole then she is in big trouble.
>I found this while researching a BARF diet for my dogs.
Do remember that BARF(raw flesh food) diets carry some risks for ferrets
such as MYcobacterium avium from raw poultry. This TB relative which is
very common among birds and which ferrets can get, is only very rarely
seen anymore in areas globally where people have gone to kibble, even
those same areas had a decent bit of it before that. That's not to say
that there may not be good aspects to such diets (At this point the jury
is out -- way out.) but that like anything else it comes with a risk set
so those using it need to learn abut those risks and respond logically to
deal with them. BTW, ferrets can get some other Mycobacteria as well, so
do not give them unpasteurized milk. (Oh, and for any folks who don't
know that more than meat is needed; there's a lot written on that in
numerous sources and archives.)
Not a vet. (Hey, you already knew that...)
