the song is in Japanese. name of song is "Odoru Ponpokorin". it was
a hit in Japan, so if you do a search, you'll get a lot of results
back. the original song is about 4 minutes, and I cut it to a minute,
unfortunately losing one of the coolest noises, sound of a choo-choo
train..
as for what they mean... I've seen a chinese translation of it, and most
of the phrases seem to be nonsense words and phrases that don't quite
follow each other... did a websearch and the closest thing I found is:

I suspect it doesn't translate very well... if you find a translation
