a while back I was just dinking around looking at different ferret
products on the internet, and I too, found the Ferret Ex website and
they are indeed selling baby ferrets.  I too wondered if this is legal.
Prices are very high, so hopefully noone will purchase from them that
don't intend on giving them a decent home, but on the other hand, who
knows??????
