I was trying to order the Ferret Company's new 2003 calendars on-line
this morning and found out the hard way that they were having trouble
with their newest upgrade on the order blank. I wasn't sure my order
went, so I faxed them a note and within 5 minutes of my return to my
desk, a very, very nice lady called me to help me out. THIS IS WHAT I
CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order wasn't big, they didn't mind. They
just wanted to help.
I will continue to do business with The Ferret Company. Way to go on
customer service. Thank you for your help.
