It's always hard to leave behind a cherished part of the family.Thats the
way I feel about all of my babies that have gone to the Bridge to wait for
me. One of my best friends owns her home.I wish i did.She *gave* me a
piece of land there to do a pet cematary.On one side is her cats,the other
has 15 of my ferrets,a hedge hog,cats,turtles,ect.In the center of this is
an angle statue,with a confederate rose bush behind it.Under a huge pecan
tree.
Each tombstone has their name,DOB &DOD,something personalized about
them.Each has silk flowers.We keep it clean & fresh.I visit it
often,talking to each one.It just seems so natural.
Julia has even drawen a free handed pen/ink skecth of one of my babies to
help sell & raise funds for my shelter.Look on my page.Really nice.
