Belvidere Pharmacy in Plainfield, NJ carries Diazoxide (Proglycem) and
will compound it into any of about 40 different flavors, in both sugared
and non-sugared formulas.  They will ship anywhere in the USA.  I've used
them for about five years now for a variety of compoundings, and have
been exceptionally pleased with them.
 
Their number is 908-756-6695.  Their prices are competitive, if not even a
little better than many others.
