I sit here today and laugh over the fact that Heather and I posted almost
identical information regarding the "repeats" of topics on this forum.
Her post was not as emotional as mine and I apologize for being so
emotional. I was just very hurt to have someone say that my efforts are
useless. I try so hard to get things going and do as much as I possibly
can. Whether it ends up as I hope, is yet to be determined.

It is very disappointing to me, that a certain someone is now sending
Heather (or sent her) a nasty, private email. Heather and I have found
common ground on some issues and we are working together to implement
change. We live very far away from each other. Now, someone has decided
to send her a nasty email simply because of her association with me. That
is very childish and immature. Is this "someone" in Washington? Yes.
They don't know her and I don't appreciate this "someone" bashing her just
because she agrees with some of what I have posted. That is stupid and
petty. This "someone" will soon find out that the ramifications of their
actions could be detrimental to the success of their business and I pity
them that they have chosen to start squabbles with some very good people
on this forum. However, they are NOT going to succeed in chasing them
off - these people care way too much about ferrets AND people.

I also wanted to point out that Linda Iroff and all the other people on
the committee for the ferret symposium are working very hard on it. I
believe it will be a fabulous event that should not be missed! These
people are taking time out of their already busy schedules to ensure that
this symposium will be fabulous for attendees. It is appreciated and I
wanted to let you guys know this, since you probably haven't heard this
already. Linda is very attentive and responds to emails very quickly.
Thank you to the committee for putting this together! I am so excited
about it, that February wont come soon enough.

Anyway, please keep it civil. Nobody deserves to be sworn at or called
names over what they believe.

Take care.
