Thursday 10/18 Shelter helper night at Ferret Wise 5:30-7:30 PM.  Come
along and help with chores, nail clipping etc.  Refreshments served!

Oct 25th THURSDAY - Pumpkin Carving at Ferret Wise.  ( No shelter helper
hours tonight) Bring a pumpkin or two and join the folks decorating
pumpkins for the annual Pumpkin Festival.  6:30-8PM cider & doughnuts
provided.  PRIZES for the largest decorated pumpkin and the Most creative
ferret decorated pumpkin!  Cider & donughts provided .  Candles for
pumpkins provided -- Please RSVP!  876-4975
 
Those not able to join in on Thursday night may drop their pumpkins off
by 10:30 AM Sat Oct 27th at Ferret Wise shelter - shelter volunteers will
travel with them to the log in station for Keene Pumpkin Festival to
register them.  Jjudging for prizes will be done at the shelter prior to
transport to Keene Sat at 11:30 AM .  Help us break last years ferret
pumpkin record and accomplish the goal of 25,000 Pumpkins ! :)
 
Oct 28th- MaFF Halloween Frolic, Am Vets post #79, Natick MA.  Visit us
at the annual Halloween event!  We will bring special seasonal bedding -
shelter Dad Dino will be submitting his famous Chocolate Decadent Cake to
the MaFF Auction.  We will be celebrating the festivities with all the
MaFF folks!
