Since my ex left me the house...and the mortgage, I am forced to consider
renting out a room in my house.  Anyone that has gone through this knows
what a grueling process it can be finding someone that you will be
compatible with.  I'm posting here because it is so important that any
room mate of mine respect my ferrets and other critters.  I have a house
in a nice quiet suburb in Overlea in Baltimore, MD.  I have a separate
part of the house for the ferrets and their play area which I would
naturally share with any potential roomie that has ferret (s).  If you
