I would like to know if ferrets are legal in the state of North Carolina
as I am contemplating a move there in the future, I am an RN in Ontario,
Canada and have been going through a recruiting process to work at the Pitt
County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.  I am pretty sure that they are
legal but sometimes you never know if a certain city has a ban on them.
Also I will be needing a "ferret-friendly" vet in the area if anyone who
lives in that area can refer me.  Nothing is definite as of yet but I
would like to know before hand, just incase.  If my fuzzies can't go, I
won't go!
