It seems to me that you probably are not cut out for owning ferrets.  You
talked about the remotes and calculators... have you ever heard the words
"ferret-proofing"???  This is a great tactit that us ferret owners use to
protect our property and our ferrets... It involves taking all things
damagable out of a ferrets reach... and blocking off the rooms with
mattresses and things... Sounds like a novel idea doesn't it???
 
Maybe you should consider finding "ferret X" a new home with someone who
has sense to actually knows that if the ferret destroys things than DON'T
LEAVE THEM WHERE THE FERRET CAN GET THEM!!!  Personally, to me you seem
like the kind of person that shouldn't be allowed to own ferrets.  Most
people who give their ferrets away due to babies or allergies actually
love and want to keep their ferrets, but can't.  You tell tham that they
don't need to make "excuses", did it ever occur to you that mostly all of
us love our ferrets??!?!?  No one is making excuses about anything **shole
You are the kind of p erson that really *isses me of!!!!!  If you really
hate this ferret so much then find it a decent home!!!  If this is the
true reality about ferrets then, with wwerrets being the third most
popular pet in the US, all of us ferret owners are living in denial
correct??  I think not!!  I am not one to judge quickly, either, and this
is one of the first emails of this kind that I have ever sent, but your
post needed a response!!!  I love my ferrets, even though if they could
they would eat my remotes, calculators, phones, etc.  BUT I DON'T LEAVE
THEM WHERE MY FERRETS ARE ABLE TO GET THEM!!!  In my opinion you should
find your local ferret shelter and give "ferret X" to some people who
could offer him the hope of a good life!!!  And since, according to you, I
don't live in "reality" I think that I must go back to my fantasy would
full of cute little ferrets who are given free run of the house and then
their owners complain when they destroy things... How *ucking stupid are
you??  Tell me that??  I hate to burst your bubble, but us ferret owners
do live in reality and we love our ferrets!!  The thousands of owners,
breeders, shelter owners, vets, and other ferret fanciers in the world
live very much in reality and you should learn to respect that.
