Hello Everyone,

I am proud to introduce the premier issue of Ferrets United, a new online
magazine for ferret lovers around the world. While there are already many
ferret resources on the web, we do have a new outlook and new features
to offer to the online ferret community.

Ferrets United is set to publish every other month to begin with. Each
issue will have features written by recognized members of the ferret
community and also will profile various shelters.

In this issue we have an article on ferret care written by none other
than Troy Lynn Eckert, one of the most well respected ferret shelter moms
around.

Ela Heyn is a columnist for Ferrets United giving us information on
various herbal remedies available.

Todd Leuthold is going to give us his unique outlook on The Fuzzbutt Rodeo
Clowns.

Our articles are also provided in Word .doc format for easy download.

Ferrets United also has two very great features, a calendar where members
of the ferret community may add their own events and also a links page
that you can add your own links to. I hope that all the clubs and
shelters will take advantage of these features to help publicize their
activities so that more folks will have the chance to get involved.

There is also a mailing list attached to the site, for use of anyone who
wishes to. I will be notifying list members when a new issue is due, but
I also welcome any chat, announcements or whatever members may want to
post.

Please drop by and check out our premier issue at:

Enjoy!!
