Health & Science: Boulder considers animal protection ordinance
By GREG AVERY, Scripps Howard News Service
BOULDER, Colo. - Animals may soon be safer in Boulder, where city
officials are considering a proposed ban on ownership or the
non-educational display of exotic and wild animals.
[Moderator's note: Rest of copyrighted article removed. There's been a
lot of discussion about this in the past few FMLs. Most people think
it does NOT include a ban on ferrets but there does seem to be some
uncertainty about the whole thing. BIG]
