I am sickened at the suggestion that we should abandon the rescue effort
for the Utah ferret kids.  Has this nation not seen enough senseless
tragedy?  If anything, this week's events should inspire us to pull
together in a more determined and concentrated effort than ever to
prevent more senseless loss... whether it be human or animal.
