At last - some ferrets shown on UK TV in the positive light they deserve!!!

On todays (wed 18th) Pet Rescue on Channel Four, they showed a very
respectable middle aged couple with some really affectionate ferrets!
They had lots of lovely looking fuzzies with a wonderful ferret playground
in the garden. They also showed the ferret licking it's owners nose.
This lady also pointed out that ferrets don't deserve the reputation of
being vicious biters.

It's so good to see ferrets portrayed in this way not the usual, stinky,
vicious & nasty reputation being blindly repeated.

I get so mad when people look down their nose at me as I have chosen the
more unusual pets (ferrets, rats) along with the 'respectable' cats, fish
and hamster! I'm not a freak, nor have I taken leave of my senses and I
resent being made to feel that I have.

(I'll get off my soapbox now)
