I had a totally different experience with Marshall Farms and my Deaf Boy,
Edison...
 
i wrote to them...explained the situation...they arranged a credit at the
store for me THE SAME DAY i faxed them the letter from my vet on his
letterhead stating he believed Eddie was deaf...and i still have my
Eddie...
 
i was not required to return him at all...
 
i believe i sent the person asking about this the addy to write to...i hope
they follow thru...and that they realize from what i sent them that they
won't have to send him back...
