Judging from my inbox, it appears many people also recd this email from
dicklep2 and nobody knows who it is. I looked at it again (did not try to
open it) and the subject line is FAIML #107. It could be that someone was
forwarding the FAIML digest to everyone on the FML? I was confused though
since it was an .exe which is not a good thing to open. Hotmail uses
Mcafee to scan emails, but I still don't know if it is that reliable.
I find it odd that someone on this list would forward the FAIML to everyone
(or most), instead of just copying a few things of interest and forwarding
to the FML.
If you are dicklep2, the email did not get opened by many of your
recipients. Sorry, because you obviously spent quite a bit of time,
addressing it to individuals and/or researching individual addresses from
the FML. Bummer!
BIG: Is dicklep2 an FML subscriber? I remember awhile back when someone
took all the addresses of FML subscribers and sent out some spam about
their business. This one concerns me since it appeared as an exe which
often indicates a virus.
Thanks and OUT OF SAFETY CONCERNS, DON'T OPEN THE EMAIL IF YOU RECEIVE IT.
[Moderator's note: Sounds a lot like an e-mail worm. I recognize the
sender's address and doubt it was intentional but I'm following up. I
didn't receive it, nor did anyone forward a copy to me, so I can't be
certain any further comments I'd make won't be misleading. BIG]
