Another post, another question:
We use Tidy Cats clay litter at home for the ferts. They have always used
this, have never eaten it, and don't seem to mind it at all. But, I heard
all the wonderful things some of you had to say about wood stove pellets,
so I went out and bought some. We have 3 litter boxes, 2 that are always
in the cage, and 1 that we put out when the babies are running around
downstairs. I decided to slowly introduce the pellets by putting them in
the out-of-cage box only. Well, Mykah and Lynk decided they were too
interesting to poop on and started grabbing them with their teeth, getting
ready to run away, a pellet at a time. I'm not sure if they would have
just hid them or if they would actually have tried to eat them. I didn't
give them the chance because I took their pellets away and dumped them all
back in the bag. Is there any way that I can still try out the pellets
without the fuzzies stealing them?
Thanks,
Shyla
