Well, the second meeting of the Ferret Friends of Indian River County went
better than anyone could have hoped for.  Twenty-Six people in attendance
and 6 ferrets presiding.  The ferret massage demonstration brought laughter
ooh's and ah's for everyone (really bonds parent with ferret).  The
question answer period went well but we had a couple questions which
we just could not answer and told the attendee's we would ask here.
Cronic Carpet Chewing - help, nothing is working including bitter Lemon
bitter Lime, etc.  Mother wanted to know if putting pepper down would
harm ferret?  2nd question.  We have a seven year experienceing fur loss
on tail and body, currently under vet supervision - both vet and parent
seeking answers to problem.  3rd question we want to show a ferret video
at the next meeting, does anyone know if Chip Gallo's video is still
out there and how can we get one for our club meeting.  Our next meeting
is September 1, 1992  everyone is invited, we have free refreshments
and always have great raffle prizes.  Also we have The Great September
Picnic coming up on the September 20, 1992 - looks like it will be
held a Citrus Grove Aviation here in Vero Beach, FL.  If you have a
