Hi--
As a former ferrets rescue person, we have 22 ferrets and 4 more in foster
care.
The biggest expense is vetrinarian bills as the ferrets age.
If you want more ferrets, space them out 2 or 3 yrs apart. they won't all
get sick and ill at the same time (it can happen) and it will keep your
vet bills down. As you add new ferrets to a bonded group, you reduce the
risk of an older ferret grievig for its lost companion and possibly dying
itself.
