It has come to my attention that I am being misquoted and libelled on
another site in regards to my posting about keeping ferrets and other
species together.
 
I have NEVER advised anyone to keep rabbits and guinea-pigs together
( because of the likelihood of the rabbit injuring the guineapig) let
alone keeping a herbivore and a carnivore together.  Though in my youth,
I did keep my ferret and rabbit together successfully, I would never
advise anyone to do so.  The thing about keeping animals or any animal
successfully is to know the animal personally, not just view it as a
member of a specific species.
