New York City Councilmember Kathryn Freed's bill to legalize ferrets (Intro
627) has been scheduled for a vote in the Health Committee on Thursday,
April 19th at 10am in the City Council Chambers.  This will put the vote
to the full council one step closer.
 
IF YOU LIVE IN NEW YORK CITY, please write a letter letting the committee
members know that that you'd like them to vote in FAVOR of passing "Intro
627: The Ferret Regulation Bill" on April 19th.  Send one to EACH member of
the Health Committee.  These don't have to be long letters.  A short letter
is fine.
