I really would prefer to use this as a measure for my older guys, rather
than just giving them shots because-------However, my guys are outside
alot, and while they are rarely held or handled by others, occasionally
they are- will the titer test serve as legal protection if anything
happens, or someone starts demanding proof of shots?  Does anyone know?
