To James,
can see from your reply you try to get all ferrets to play and in a certain
area.  Some shelters may need to address the few that don't get along to
find a medium of how they will let these ferrets play and in the space the
owner has.  Shelters do only have certain time spans to let the ferrets
play..May be from my question, some shelters will teach another how to
let some play together when they might not not ferrets let ferrets play
together.
 
Another point, let new owner know of this.  Not all ferrets, young, old may
get along and be honest.  Thanks for knowing some shelters may not have the
space as you do, which is a big factor on how many you may want to take on,
IMO.  Your knowledge IMO shows your skills and love and caring for ferrets.
Think many will understand this.  Let us non-language speak.
