I live in Denmark, and my furkids are vaccinated using Fervac-D.  We have
had no reactions here at all, that I've heard of.
 
We don't vaccinate against rabies since our ferrets live indoor, and the
only animals carrying it here may be foxes!  (As far as I know, Denmark
is rabies free..but I'm not sure!)
