I want to thank everyone who has written to me about Slinky (headed
downhill again).
 
Our DSL at work (the only place where I can get internet right now) has
been down since Thursday.  It was up for a short time on Friday, long
enough for me to read the emails but not reply to any of them.
 
So I didn't want anyone to think I was ignoring them or being ungrateful.
I do greatly appreciate all the advice.
 
I spoke with the vet on Wednesday night.  He said as long as Slinky is
eating the baby food and drinking, there really isn't much else to do.
We can bring him in for more blood tests to determine if any other
treatments might possibly work, but the vet wasn't too optimistic about it.
 
I'll let you know if there's anything else.  Thanks again!
