Hey Folks
All this talk about raw meat is making me hungry<grin>

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have Hutterite Colonies nearby? The
reason I ask this is because here in Manitoba we are loaded with them, and
if we want well raised, well fed, fresh whole chicken ground up, all you
have to do is head to the nearest colony. The cost is about $ 4.00 for 4
quarts (4L). They grind up the entire chicken. So the risk of Salmonella
is almost nil. A lot of people hear also buy their chickens and other meat
from them. At least you know what the animal was fed and know it was not
sitting in your grocers freezer for the past year.
