Christopher I agree bringing the gov't into the situation wouldn't be a
good idea!  Bringing the gov't into anything is scary!  I just think it
is so sad what animals have to go through because of peoples ignorance!
I think it would be a great idea to have some kind of Ferret course before
the person gets to adopt!  This must be taken before the adoption can
happen!  At least this way the shelter or Breeder knows that this person is
truly interested!  I think!:) Nothing is perfect and with so many people
out there thinking that animals are not important it is a scary world!  I
appreciate your input!
