Either. It will depend on if follicles died, and also on how much adrenal
tissue remained behind; could also change in time. many times some adrenal
tissue remains behind. If both adrenals came out completely then he will
absolutely need Florinef and Prednisone for the rest of life to replace
missing adrenal products. This is not a problem.

Add some more oil to his diet, but know that part of the itching right now
is only fur re-growth.
